DO YOU WANT TO BE A NORTHERN TERRITORY POLICE OFFICER?
WE WILL PREPARE YOU!
For our students, we have developed the Police Applicant Success System (PASS) to help all potential police applicants throughout Australia not only prepare correctly to satisfy the minimum entry criteria, but to maximise their chances of success during the selection process and then perform well in police training.
The Northern Territory Police Force is currently conducting an ongoing recruitment campaign and applications are welcomed at any time.
Assessment Centres for selection may be held periodically in major centres throughout Australia.
They are looking for recruits who:
can operate as an individual and as a team member
seek a varied and challenging career
have life experience and maturity
accept responsibility and make decisions
show initiative while accepting the scrutiny and accountability of working in a disciplined organisation
are compassionate and enjoy a multi-cultural atmosphere
are prepared to work closely with Aboriginal communities
have good communication skills
Everyone who has a strong interest in becoming a police constable, and who feels that they meet the criteria is encouraged to apply (NT Police 2008).
Our course selections have been designed to maximise each applicants individual performance during police testing.
