P.A.S.S – Police Applicant Success SystemHome

For our students, we have developed the Police Applicant Success System to help all potential police applicants throughout Australia not only prepare correctly to satisfy the minimum entry criteria, but to maximise their chances of success during the selection process and then perform well in the police training.

Our research and experience provides that the fundamentals of how to prepare for entry into any Australian police organisation are similar in nature.

Yes, some ask for specific education levels and some leave it open to interpretation, so we have developed a Police Applicant Success System that we recommend will not only prepare our students to satisfy the entry criteria for the Police Force (Service) of their choice, but maximise the knowledge, skills and confidence they will offer during the selection process.

We set our standards to ensure that all of our students perform at their maximum ability to ensure their position in a merit and competitive police selection process is at it's highest.

Is it working?

Here is a quote from one of our female students who sent us a message during her recruit training at the Queensland Police Service Academy:

'There are alot of people that have done your course in the academy at the moment.  The more I am talking to people from the other intakes the more I am seeing that there are heaps of people you have helped get here.  And the best thing is they speak really highly of the course. yourself and Kate.

Thanks again for preparing us all so well.'

PASS supports and is completed in conjunction with the academic study suggested for each police organisation and includes:

  1. Senior First Aid Certificate in your area
  2. Fitness preparation and advice (videos and training program)
  3. Swimming preparation and advice (videos and training program)
  4. Keyboard practice and typing speed and accuracy certificate where required
  5. Defensive driving (Queensland only)
  6. Psychometric testing and interview preparation
  7. Seven day a week study support
  8. Support through police testing
  9. Support through police academy training
  10. Counselling service when you are an operational police officer
  11. All of the above are included as part of the course fees!

Student's may select some or all of these activities, depending on their selection preparation needs.
